The Highland Endemic Region Foundation marked a major milestone with the official launch of its Constitution at the Annual General Meeting held at the Sirikwa Hotel, Eldoret. Members, partners and county health representatives gathered to formalise the foundation’s governance and chart the way forward.
The new Constitution sets out HERF’s mandate to coordinate malaria and non-communicable disease (NCD) capacity-building across the 12 highland endemic counties, and strengthens accountability to the communities it serves.
